Délice mesterklasse

Utenlandske gjester i Kokepunktet

Matbyen Stavanger er mangeårig medlem av det internasjonale nettverket av matbyer, Délice Network. I år kommer de på besøk til Gladmat, og skal gjøre mesterklasse i Kokepunktet onsdag, torsdag og fredag.

Det er stas å få besøk av matbynettverket Délice. Både fordi det styrker Stavangers internasjonale kontakter og fordi publikum får oppleve internasjonale toppkokker på scenen i Kokepunktet.

Mesterklassen de skal gjøre, går onsdag, torsdag og fredag kl. 13.30 og den varer i rundt 45 minutter. Mesterklassen gjennomføres på engelsk. Du lærer deres beste tips og triks, og hver dag lages det totalt 50 smaksprøver til publikum – første mann til mølla. Kjartan Skjelde leder aktiviteten.

Onsdag og torsdag er det svenske Frida Nilsson som står på scenen, mens fredagen er det estlandske Andrus Saartok.

About Frida
Frida got into the business by accident when she was 13 years old. At her first summer job, she ended up in an ice cream stand, but quickly discovered that the restaurant and the kitchen were much more interesting. Frida has worked in several places both in Sweden, Norway, Spain and France. And she says, “it’s something I encourage all young chefs to do”. She tells us that she is passionate about getting to work with the best thing she knows every day – and with like-minded people. “Receive direct feedback every day from guests and watch the staff grow and develop. It’s the best I know!” says Frida.

About Andrus
Andrus is known for avant-garde contemporary Scandinavian-Asian fusion cuisine. He’s been working in high-end fine dining in different restaurants since 2016. He has been head chef at Restaurant Fii since 2022. He is experienced in wine dinners, special events and event cooperations. He is also experienced in hosting cooking lessons in Tartu College.
